About the Role

You will be the first point of contact with both face to face and telephone customers, assisting clients with end-to-end service from sales/enquiries to picking and packing orders ready for customer collections, so a diverse mix of day-to-day duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Counter Sales & Enquiries
  • Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
  • Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
  • Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
  • Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks (Experience preferred but not Essential)

  • Vetting orders
  • Product support to customers.

    You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:
